Accounts Executive

Suri Medical Agencies is looking for an Accounts Executive for its Solan office to manage day-to-day banking, receipts, payments, reconciliation and customer outstanding follow-up.

Key Responsibilities: Enter cash and cheque payments received from customers. Record and maintain customer receipts accurately. Process supplier payments after appropriate approval. Perform regular bank reconciliation. Prepare and manage cash and cheque deposits. Maintain petty cash records and supporting vouchers. Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments. Maintain customer ledgers and payment records. Identify mismatches or pending entries and coordinate their resolution. Coordinate with management and the accountant/CA team as required. Assist with routine accounts and administrative work.

Candidate Profile: B.Com or equivalent qualification preferred. Previous experience in accounts, billing or bookkeeping preferred. Working knowledge of accounting/ERP software. Familiarity with Tally, GST, bank reconciliation and customer ledgers will be an advantage. Comfortable with Excel and basic office software. Accurate, organised and responsible with financial information. Candidates from Solan and nearby areas strongly preferred.
