Experience: 8–12 years

Qualification: MBA/PGDM HR / MSW / Graduate

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete Plant HR & Administration function.
• Workforce planning, manpower deployment and recruitment.
• Manage attendance, time office, payroll inputs, shifts and overtime.
• Handle PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Factory Act and labour-law compliance.
• Manage contract labour and labour contractors.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, discipline and industrial relations.
• Drive employee engagement, welfare, retention and productivity initiatives.
• Manage HR policies, SOPs and performance management.
• Coordinate training, induction and skill development.
• Handle POSH, safety, welfare and statutory audits.
• Prepare HR MIS, manpower reports and management dashboards.
• Liaise with government authorities, auditors and external agencies.
• Lead the HR/Admin team and ensure smooth plant operations.

Ideal Candidate

• Strong garment/apparel manufacturing HR experience.
• Hands-on exposure to large blue-collar workforce.
• Excellent knowledge of industrial relations and statutory compliance.
• Strong communication, negotiation and people-management skills.
• Candidate from Rai/Sonipat/Kundli/Narela/Panipat preferred.
