Site Supervisor

Capital Pest Control (India), an integrated pest management and facility hygiene company established in 1989 serving institutions, hotels and premium clients across Delhi NCR, is hiring a Site Supervisor / Site In-charge for a major project in Sonipat.

This is a hands-on, on-ground role. You will be the single point of ownership for the site, running day-to-day operations of a mold inspection and remediation project. This is not a desk job.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Make sure field teams report on time every day, and maintain the daily attendance and gate sign-in record shared with the client.

Post the next day's team deployment in the client coordination group each evening. Give advance notice of any change or absence, never a same-day surprise.

Stay reachable by phone through working hours and respond to client calls and messages promptly, without repeated follow-up.

Act as the client's first point of contact on site and escalate cleanly when required.

Coordinate room and area access and time slots with the client's site team so working hours are not lost.

Supervise inspection and treatment work and ensure it is done correctly and to standard.

Enforce PPE and site cleanliness, and maintain compliance records.

Track progress against targets and report daily and weekly to management.

Manage materials, chemicals, equipment and consumables issued to the site.

Maintain professional conduct and discretion at all sites.

As the role develops, act as the day-to-day coordination point across other client sites, including periodic check-ins for recurring and annual maintenance contract clients.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Graduate, or Diploma / ITI, with 2 to 4 years supervising field, facility, pest control or housekeeping teams.

Strong coordination and communication. Fluent Hindi and working English.

Reliable and responsive on the phone, organised with records and reporting.

Comfortable with WhatsApp and basic Excel.

Two-wheeler with licence. Based in Sonipat or willing to relocate.

Immediate joiners preferred.

WHAT WE OFFER

Fixed salary of 20,000 to 25,000 per month based on experience, plus statutory benefits (ESI / PF as applicable).

Incentive on top: if you bring in new business for the company, you earn a commission on it.
