- Eligibility CriteriaGender: Male
- Age: 19–35 Years
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Any relevant qualification
- Candidates with relevant fitting and MIG welding experience are preferred.
- Job ResponsibilitiesPerform MIG welding and fabrication work as per company requirements.
- Read and understand basic drawings and measurements.
- Perform fitting, cutting, grinding, and assembly activities.
- Ensure proper welding quality and finishing.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain workplace cleanliness.
- Handle welding and fitting tools and equipment safely.
- Complete assigned production work within the required timeline.
- Work DetailsWorking Hours: 8 Hours per day
- Working Days: 26 Days per month
- Weekly Off: Sunday & Government Holidays
- Shift: Rotational Shift
- Employment: Full-Time
- Salary & BenefitsCTC: ₹35,500/- per month
- Take Home Salary: Approximately ₹31,500/-
- Attendance Bonus: ₹1,000/-
- Overtime: ₹150/- per hour
- PF + ESI: Available
