Senior Accounting Manager – Ghost Kitchens India Pvt. Ltd.

Location:  Ahmedabad and /or Surat (Remote)

Experience: 6–10 years | Qualification: CA

Role Overview

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant to lead and manage the company’s day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, statutory compliance, audits, and overall finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

             •           Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including AP, AR, GL, reconciliations, invoicing and month-end closures.

             •           Ensure timely GST, TDS, TCS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.

             •           Lead internal, statutory and tax audits, including coordination with external auditors.

             •           Prepare and review monthly MIS, financial statements and management reports.

             •           Ensure accurate books of accounts and strong financial controls across the business.

             •           Manage vendor payments, receivables, ledgers and bank reconciliations.

             •           Handle accounting for multiple brands, entities and business transactions.

             •           Work closely with operations, procurement and leadership teams on finance-related matters.

             •           Identify process gaps and implement better controls, systems and accounting processes.

What We’re Looking For

             •           CA qualification is mandatory.

             •           6–10 years of relevant accounting/finance experience, preferably in F&B, QSR, retail or a fast-growing startup.

             •           Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation and statutory compliances.

             •           Hands-on, detail-oriented and comfortable managing a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

             •           Strong Excel/accounting software skills and excellent problem-solving abilities.
