Job Description

Candidate Requirements

  • Good Gujarati and English communication.
  • Hindi communication is an advantage.
  • Confident and persuasive communication skills.
  • Comfortable making 50–100+ outbound calls per day.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Experience with CRM or sales software is preferred.
  • Diamond/jewelry industry experience is a strong advantage.
  • Target-oriented and able to handle regular follow-ups.
  • Good negotiation and objection-handling skills.


What You Will Do

  • Make outbound calls to diamond suppliers.
  • Introduce Only Carat Global Diamond Marketplace.
  • Convince suppliers to create their account and upload inventory.
  • Explain the benefits of creating their own supplier website/store link.
  • Help suppliers complete:
  • Account registration
  • Email verification
  • Company profile
  • KYC
  • Stock upload
  • Supplier store activation
  • Follow up with suppliers who have registered but have not completed onboarding.
  • Help suppliers understand how they can share their Only Carat store link with their existing buyers.
  • Explain how suppliers can receive new local and global buyer inquiries through the marketplace.
  • Maintain daily call and follow-up records.
  • Achieve monthly supplier onboarding targets.
  • Build long-term relationships with suppliers.
