Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Collection Field Supervisor. Who can effectively manage multiple accounts and lead field collection activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle and manage multiple collection accounts simultaneously.
• Conduct regular field visits along with Field Executives (FEs).
• Guide and monitor FEs during customer visits.
• Communicate with customers and convince them to clear their outstanding dues.
• Take ownership of difficult and high-value collection cases.
• Follow up with customers for timely payments.
• Achieve monthly collection targets and maintain strong portfolio performance.
• Provide regular updates and reports on collection activities.
• Prior experience in field collection and debt recovery.
• Good customer handling and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate Field Executives.
• Willingness to travel for field visits.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
