Job Description

  • Catalog Management: Upload products, update pricing, and manage stock listings across platforms like Shopify, Amazon, or Magento.
  • Order & Inventory Coordination: Track purchase orders and work with warehouse teams to ensure on-time delivery and fulfillment.
  • Website Operations: Monitor site functionality, fix broken links, and optimize product pages for search engines (SEO).
  • Data Reporting: Analyze daily sales data, traffic trends, and inventory levels using MS Excel or analytics tools.
  • Customer Support: Resolve buyer issues, answer product queries, and handle returns smoothly.


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in online retail or marketplace operations.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and familiarity with e-commerce backends.
  • Soft Skills: Good verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. [1, 2, 3, 4]
