Job Description

  • Prepare all HR-related documents & Policies
  • Tracking employee performance and providing training and support to improve.
  • Improving work culture in the organization for team building and Loyalty.
  • Communication with the team on owner’s Behalf
  • Helping owner in work coordination.
  •  Conducting recruitment/exit interviews and recording them accordingly
  • Facilitating newcomers joining formalities
  •  Reviewing & updating job descriptions for all positions regularly
  • Making interview questionnaires for all recrutement as per guidlines
  •  Handling monthly payroll and yearly forms for employees.
  • Liaising with all government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance laws and regulations
  •   Follow up on confirmation records statutory obligations - PF, ESIC, taxes, gratuity, bonus etc.
  •  Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
  • Handling and managing administration of all contract labor.
  •  Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates/ attendance as per the requirement in consultation with the management
  •  Handling all employee inquiries & grievances.
  •  Dispute settlements according to labor law, Factory rules & compliance guidelines.
  • Making kra and kpi for all recruitment and generating weekly kpi report
  • Making sop for all procedures done in the clinic
  • Preparing a joining later with all documents
  • Making an agenda of daily, weekly, and monthly meetings for growth path
  • Reviewing progress on KPI and meeting
