Job Description

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.

Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions. 

Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.

Facilitate conflict resolution and support a positive workplace environment. 

Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.

Support managers in providing feedback and coaching to employees. 

Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.

Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and training sessions.
