International Sales Telecallers- Diamond Jewelry (natural & Lab Grown ) Export Sales ( ( UK, Italy, France, Germany, Spain, UAE Markets)

Role Description The International Sales Telecallers is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat. This role involves identifying and engaging B2B retailers and distributors in target international markets of UK , Europe & UAE) generate lead though outbound calls, Email & whats app , Share quotes and Close the order as per monthly revenue targets. managing sales pipelines, and building strong, long-term client relationships. The representative will conduct market research, prepare and deliver sales presentations, negotiate pricing and contracts, and coordinate with internal production and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Daily responsibilities also include tracking sales metrics, reporting on market trends, attending trade events when required, and collaborating with marketing to support promotional activities. The role requires a proactive approach to prospecting and maintaining communication across global time zones.

Job Location :- Surat , Gujarat India .

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong international sales, business development, and account management skills.
• Candidates should have solid negotiation, contract management, and relationship-building skills.
• Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in market research, lead generation, and sales forecasting.
• Candidates should have clear written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English; additional languages like French , German, Italian , Spanish , Urdu are an advantage.
• Candidates should be comfortable with CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and online communication platforms.
• Candidates should ideally have prior experience in jewelry, fashion, luxury goods, or related B2B manufacturing sectors is MUST
• Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, international trade, or a related field, or possess equivalent professional experience.
• Candidates should demonstrate strong cultural awareness, willingness to work across time zones, and readiness to travel internationally when required.
