Operation Executive

Location: Dindoli, Surat, Gujarat

Position: Operations Executive - Corporate DSA

Salary: ₹16,000 - ₹20,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Experience: Previous experience in DSA / Banking / Loan Operations preferred

About the Role:

We are looking for a responsible and organized Operations Executive to join our Corporate DSA team in Dindoli, Surat. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operational activities, coordinating with customers and banks/NBFCs, and ensuring smooth processing of loan-related documentation and cases.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the DSA office.

Coordinate with customers, sales teams, banks, and NBFC representatives.

Handle loan applications, documentation, data entry, and case follow-ups.

Check and maintain customer documents accurately.

Track loan cases from application to disbursement.

Coordinate with internal teams and banking partners for timely processing.

Maintain proper records and reports of ongoing and completed cases.

Follow up on pending documents, approvals, and other operational requirements.

Ensure smooth and timely execution of daily operational activities.

Candidate Requirements

Previous experience in DSA, banking, loan processing, or financial services is preferred.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email.

Good follow-up and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.

Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn.

Candidates with experience in Home Loan, Business Loan, Personal Loan, LAP, or other financial products will be preferred.
