Job Description

Job Summary:We are looking for , reliable, and customer-focused Shop Staff to join our retail team. You will be responsible for assisting customers, managing merchandise, handling sales transactions, and ensuring the store is clean and well-organized at all times.

  • Key Responsibilities:Greet customers and assist them with their shopping needs.
  • Provide product information and help customers find items.
  • Operate cash register and handle billing, payments, and returns.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store and shelves.
  • Replenish stock and assist in inventory checks.
  • Follow daily opening and closing procedures.
  • Manage customer queries, feedback, and resolve minor complaints.
  • Ensure security of store items and report any suspicious activity.
