Production Manager

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Production Manager to oversee and coordinate our entire production cycle, from planning and placing production to receiving the finished goods.

The person will be responsible for ensuring that production is completed on time, in the required quantity and with proper coordination between different teams and job workers.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate production according to required quantities and deadlines
• Follow up regularly with factories, job workers and production teams
• Ensure production is completed and delivered within the committed timeline
• Track which orders/designs are in production, completed, pending or delayed
• Identify production delays or issues and take timely action to resolve them
• Coordinate the movement of goods between different production stages
• Ensure proper counting and checking of goods received from production
• Instruct and supervise production helpers and other team members
• Give regular and clear updates to the Head/Management regarding production status, delays, pending work and expected completion dates

Requirements

• Highly responsible and organized
• Good at following up and getting work completed
• Strong in communication and coordination
• Able to manage multiple production orders simultaneously
• Comfortable dealing with factories, workers and job workers

Experience in textile, garment, saree or similar production operations will be preferred.

Candidates with strong production coordination and follow-up experience from other manufacturing industries may also apply.
