Welcome patients on the day of surgery and assist with forms, pre-op steps & room coordinationEnsure patient comfort before, during & after the procedureAssist with hair wash, gowning & preparationCoordinate with OT team for smooth workflowHelp manage patient belongings and movementShare pre & post-surgery care guidelines and explain do’s & don’ts clearlyFollow up on recovery, healing progress & medicine adherenceUpdate CRM with daily notesRecord surgery-day photos (if required)Update dressing appointment & follow-up datesCoordinate with counselor & doctors for patient-related updates
