Job Summary
Little Marvel's is looking for a friendly and energetic Sales Executive to join our baby clothing store in Adajan, Surat. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable baby and kids' clothing, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the store.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable baby and kids' clothing.
- Explain product features, sizes, prices, and offers to customers.
- Help customers select the right size, design, and products.
- Handle counter sales and billing-related activities.
- Arrange and maintain clothing displays and store shelves.
- Check product availability and assist with stock management.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of the store.
- Follow up with customers when required and encourage repeat purchases

Eligibility

Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹16,000 per month
- Performance Incentives: Up to ₹2,000 per month
