Sales & Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-drivenSales Manager to join our team. The ideal

candidate will have experience in sales and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding

sales targets. This role requires skills and the ability to drive business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly

targets.

• Identify and engage with architects and interior designers to promote our products.

• Expand the dealer network by appointing new dealers and strengthening existing

relationships.

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.

• Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities.

• Collaborate with the Area Manager to align sales strategies with company objectives.

• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in channel sales.

• Strong team management and leadership skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Building Material sector.

• Willingness to travel as required.

• Comfortable in Gujarati Language
