Sales Officer

• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular field visits to identify and develop new customers.
• Generate leads through market visits, references, cold calling, and networking.
• Visit existing and potential customers to understand their requirements.
• Promote and sell company products/services and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal team for customer requirements.
• Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries, and payments.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Identify new markets, customer segments, and business opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activities, market prices, and customer trends.
• Coordinate with production, dispatch, accounts, and management for timely execution of customer orders.
• Maintain daily visit reports, sales reports, customer databases, and follow-up records.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers.
• Handle customer queries and resolve sales-related issues.
• Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager regarding market activities and business opportunities.

QualificationGraduate in any discipline preferred. Candidates with a Diploma or relevant sales experience may also be considered.
