Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Civil & Interior works Site In-charge to join our team. The role involves managing civil works and interior projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and client satisfaction. The candidate will coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and clients to bring designs to life.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan, supervise, and execute civil and interior projects.

· Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure smooth workflow.

· Invitation of quotations and preparing comparative statements.

· Preparation of estimates, BOQ and tender documents.

· Monitor site activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality benchmarks.

· Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.

· Ensure projects are completed within timelines and budget constraints.

· Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design.

· Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and interior finishes.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS office, etc.

· Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
