Job Description

  • Contact prospective Students, Working Professionals, Businessman, Housewife or any who are interested in courses through calls and follow-up activities.
  • Explain IT & Non-IT courses, career opportunities, and admission processes.
  • Generate and nurture leads from various sources.
  • Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
  • Convert inquiries into admissions through effective counseling and communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and admissions.
  • Build strong relationships with students and parents.
  • Ability to handle objections and convert inquiries into Leads.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
  • Coordinate with counselors and branch teams for smooth admission processes.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and professional communication.
