Job Description
JD for Operations Executive
Experience = 6months to 4 years
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily operational activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and track orders, deliveries, schedules, and operational requirements.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports, records, and documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and follow up on pending activities.
- Identify operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Maintain accurate data in company systems, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Support process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
- Monitor compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
- Handle customer or vendor queries related to operational activities.
- Assist management with MIS reports and operational updates.
- Perform other duties related to business operations as assigned.
