Job Summary
TVM Info Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate new business opportunities, build client relationships, and contribute to company growth. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client meetings, proposal preparation, and sales closure for Digital Marketing, SEO, Social Media Management, Website Development, IT Solutions, and Branding Services.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
- Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, Google, referrals, networking, and cold outreach.
- Generate qualified leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Maintain and update lead records in CRM.
Client Acquisition
- Schedule and conduct client meetings (online/offline).
- Understand client requirements and business objectives.
- Present company services and solutions effectively.
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Follow up regularly and convert prospects into clients.
Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with clients.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams for project execution.
Market Research
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends.
- Identify new business opportunities and target markets.
Reporting
- Maintain daily call reports and sales activity reports.
- Submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
Requirements
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing and IT Services.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Preferred
- Experience in selling Digital Marketing, SEO, Website Development, Software, or IT Services.
- Experience with LinkedIn lead generation and email marketing.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- 50+ outbound calls per day.
- 10+ qualified meetings per month.
- 3–5 new client acquisitions per month.
- Monthly revenue targets as assigned.
