Job Description
- Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, messages, referrals, and other channels.
- Contact prospective customers and explain products/services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the reporting manager
