Technical Support Executive

We are hiring a Hospital Implementation Executive for a field-based Healthcare IT role. The job involves visiting hospitals, implementing PRESCO solutions, training staff, and providing on-site support. Frequent travel and a personal bike are mandatory.

Job Title: Hospital Implementation Executive / Field Technical Support Engineer/ Application Support Enginner

Location: Field-Based

Key Responsibilities

Install and configure HIMS software at hospitals.

Provide on-site and remote technical support.

Troubleshoot software, hardware, network, and application issues.

Install and configure tablets, printers, and other devices.

Conduct training sessions for all hospital staff (Doctors, Nurses, Reception, Billing, Lab, Pharmacy, etc.).

Take complete responsibility for the assigned hospital implementation, training, and support.

Coordinate with the development team for issue resolution.

Perform software updates, maintenance, and system health checks.

Maintain support reports and documentation.

Travel to client locations as required.

Requirements

Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Strong technical knowledge of Windows, Networking, and basic SQL.

Good understanding of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and technologies (ChatGPT, AI productivity tools, etc.).

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Willingness to travel.

0–2 years of experience (Freshers with good technical skills are welcome).

Preferred: Experience with Hospital Management Software (HIMS) is an added advantage.
