Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting transactions, ledgers, journals, and reconciliations.

Handle hotel/restaurant revenue accounting, cash, credit card, and online payment settlements.

Prepare monthly MIS, P&L, balance sheet, cash-flow statements, and financial reports.

Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and vendor payments.

Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations.

Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

Coordinate with auditors, consultants, vendors, and management.

Monitor expenses, budgets, inventory, and cost controls.

Verify purchase invoices, sales records, and supporting documents.

Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing.

Identify discrepancies and implement proper accounting controls.
