- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and face-to-face interactions.
- Understand students' career goals, interests, and requirements.
- Counsel students and recommend suitable courses/programs.
- Convert enquiries into admissions through effective follow-ups.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective students and parents.
- Build strong relationships with students and guide them throughout the admission process.
- Achieve individual and team sales/admission targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth student onboarding.
- Stay updated about courses, programs, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities
