Job Description
Manage day-to-day branch operations for the 2-wheeler insurance business.
Achieve monthly sales, policy issuance, and revenue targets.
Lead and motivate the sales/operations team to improve productivity.
Develop relationships with dealers, customers, and insurance partners.
Monitor policy processing, renewals, documentation, and customer service.
Ensure compliance with company processes and maintain accurate branch reports.
