Job Title: Account Assistant (Fresher)Company: Hesham Industrial Solutions Private LimitedJob ResponsibilitiesCreate and maintain GST invoices accurately.Record day-to-day accounting transactions and journal entries.Enter accounting data in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.Maintain books of accounts and ensure proper documentation.Manage and update the cash book on a daily basis.Verify purchase and sales entries.Assist in bank reconciliation and account matching.Maintain vouchers, invoices, and supporting records.Support preparation of GST-related reports and compliance documents.Coordinate with management for accounting and administrative tasks.Required SkillsBasic knowledge of Accounting Principles.Familiarity with Tally ERP/Tally Prime.Understanding of GST invoicing and taxation basics.Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.Good numerical and analytical skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial records.QualificationB.Com, M.Com, BBA (Finance), or equivalent.Freshers are welcome to apply.Basic Tally certification will be an added advantage.ExperienceFresher (0–1 year)LocationHesham Industrial Solutions Private LimitedKey Tasks: GST Invoice Creation, General Entries, Tally Entries, Books of Accounts Maintenance, Cash Book Management, and Basic Accounting Support.
