Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:

1. Digital Marketing Strategy

·        Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies.

·        Plan monthly and quarterly digital marketing campaigns.

·        Identify new opportunities to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition.

·        Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.

2. Social Media Management

·        Manage company social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google Business Profile, and other relevant platforms.

·        Prepare monthly content calendars.

·        Coordinate with the creative team for posts, reels, videos, banners, and promotional content.

·        Increase followers, engagement, reach, and overall online presence.

·        Respond to and monitor customer engagement on social platforms.

3. Paid Advertising

·        Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.

·        Manage advertising budgets and ensure effective utilization.

·        Monitor CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and campaign ROI.

·        Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize campaigns.

4. SEO & Website Management

·        Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings.

·        Monitor website traffic, keywords, and organic performance.

·        Coordinate website updates, landing pages, offers, and promotional content.

·        Work on Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other analytics tools.

5. Content & Campaign Management

·        Plan campaigns for product launches, offers, festivals, events, and special promotions.

·        Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, photographers, influencers, and agencies.

·        Ensure all marketing content follows the company's brand guidelines.

·        Develop engaging content ideas based on customer behaviour and market trends.

6. Lead Generation & Sales Support

·        Generate quality leads through digital channels.

·        Coordinate with the sales/business development team for lead follow-up.

·        Track leads from generation to conversion.

·        Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition.

7. Analytics & Reporting

·        Prepare weekly/monthly digital marketing performance reports.

·        Track campaign performance, traffic, engagement, leads, conversions, and revenue.

·        Analyse data and provide recommendations to management.

·        Maintain proper records of marketing budgets and campaign expenses.

8. Influencer & Online Marketing

·        Identify and coordinate with relevant influencers and content creators.

·        Plan influencer marketing campaigns and track their performance.

·        Explore collaborations and local digital marketing opportunities.
