Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and ensure quality compliance during production and packing processes.
  • Perform in-process checks as per SOPs and specifications.
  • Verify batch manufacturing, packing, and production records.
  • Ensure GMP, hygiene, and safety practices are followed on the shop floor.
  • Identify quality deviations and coordinate with Production & QC for corrective actions.
  • Maintain IPQA records, checklists, and documentation.
  • Ensure proper line clearance and material verification before production.
  • Support investigation of quality issues, deviations, and CAPA.
  • Conduct regular shop-floor inspections and report non-compliance.
