Job Description
Job Timing Morning 8 to 12 PM & Evening 4 to 8 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome members and visitors professionally.
Handle new membership enquiries and explain gym plans/services.
Manage membership registrations, renewals, payments, and receipts.
Maintain member attendance and records in gym software.
Follow up with prospective clients and membership renewal leads.
Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and member queries.
Coordinate appointments, PT schedules, and fitness assessments.
Support membership and Personal Training (PT) sales targets.
Maintain daily payment, enquiry, and follow-up reports.
Coordinate with trainers, housekeeping, and Gym Manager.
Handle member complaints politely and escalate when required.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Ensure excellent customer service and member satisfaction.
Preferred Skills: Good communication, basic computer/Excel knowledge, customer handling, sales ability, presentable personality, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
