Sales Manager

Job Purpose: The Educational Counselor acts as a guide to prospective students, assisting them in making informed decisions about their education and career in aviation and hospitality. They provide information about courses, address queries, and help students through the admission process.

1. Key Responsibilities:

Student Guidance:

• Counsel prospective students about available aviation and hospitality courses.
• Assist students in identifying their career goals and choosing suitable programs.

Admissions Process:

• Provide accurate information about eligibility criteria, program structures, fees, and scholarship opportunities.
• Guide students through the admission and application process.

1. Relationship Management:

• Build strong relationships with students and their families to ensure a seamless experience.
• Address any concerns and provide ongoing support.

1. Outreach & Promotion:

• Conduct presentations, webinars, and seminars to attract potential students.
• Participate in education fairs and campus tours to promote the academy.

1. Data Management & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and applications.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on counseling activities and student feedback.

1. Collaboration

• Work with marketing and admissions teams to align counseling with promotional activities.
• Coordinate with faculty to understand course updates and share them with students.
• Skills & Qualifications :Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy and the ability to understand student aspirations.
• Experience in career counseling or education sales (preferred).
• Familiarity with aviation and hospitality programs is an added advantage.
