Senior Graphic Designer – CorelDRAW & Printing

Usha Printings is hiring an experienced Senior Graphic Designer for our personalised gifting, corporate gifting and printing business in Vadodara.

We are looking for a fast, creative and responsible designer with advanced practical knowledge of CorelDRAW. Candidates with experience in the printing, advertising, flex, signage, DTP, packaging, personalised-gifting or garment-printing industry will be preferred.

• Mandatory requirementsMinimum 3 years of graphic-design experience
• Strong hands-on experience in CorelDRAW
• Knowledge of print-ready file preparation
• Good understanding of CMYK, RGB, bleed, margins, resolution and correct sizing
• Ability to create accurate designs according to customer requirements
• Ability to work quickly while checking spelling, size, alignment and print quality
• Portfolio or previous design samples are compulsory
• Candidate must be able to complete a practical design test during the interview
• Main responsibilitiesCreate designs for T-shirts, sublimation jerseys, mugs, bottles, photo frames, keychains and personalised gifts
• Create corporate-gifting mockups, product presentations and catalogues
• Design visiting cards, stickers, labels, banners, posters, certificates, ID cards and flex designs
• Prepare files for DTF, sublimation, UV-DTF, laser engraving, laser cutting and outsourced printing
• Create accurate customer mockups before production
• Make urgent corrections and customer-requested changes
• Check spelling, measurements, colours, margins and resolution before sending files for production
• Convert customer photos, logos and reference images into usable print files
• Trace low-quality logos and prepare clean vector files
• Handle bulk corporate orders and maintain design consistency
• Organise editable files, fonts, templates and final exported files properly
• Coordinate with the production team to avoid printing mistakes
• Review the work of junior designers and provide corrections when required
• Maintain daily task and order updates

Software knowledgeCompulsory:

• CorelDRAW – Advanced
• Basic or intermediate Adobe Photoshop

Preferred:

• Adobe Illustrator
• Canva
• Basic AI design tools
• Basic photo editing and background removal

Important applicant conditionCandidates who only know Canva or social-media post designing and do not have strong CorelDRAW knowledge should not apply.

Printing-line candidates will receive preference.

• Weekly off: Sunday
• Salary: ₹15,000–₹24,000 per month
• Final salary depends on experience, CorelDRAW expertise, printing knowledge, portfolio and practical test
• Immediate or early joining preferred
