Job Description

Supervision & Coordination: - Provide on-the-job guidance to welders to achieve

best-quality welds. - Collaborate with the production and quality control (QC) teams

to ensure productivity and adherence to quality standards during execution. -

Oversee and manage weld repair activities on-site. - Conduct weekly toolbox

training sessions for welders, helpers, and grinders to improve skills and knowledge.

- Offer technical inputs on selecting the most suitable welding joints to minimize

weld metal consumption, distortion, and ensure better accessibility to joints.
