Position Title: Admission Counseller

Department: Admissions / Sales

Location: Sigra, varanasi

Reporting To: Sales Manager / Center Head

Job Summary :- The Admission Counsellor is responsible for guiding prospective students, converting inquiries into admissions, and ensuring a smooth enrollment process. The role involves counseling, follow-ups, and achieving admission targets.

• Key Responsibilities
• Handle incoming leads (calls, walk-ins, website inquiries, social media leads)
• Counsel students regarding courses, career opportunities, and benefits
• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs
• Maintain daily follow-ups with prospects and convert them into admissions
• Meet monthly/quarterly admission targets
• Maintain accurate records of leads and conversions (CRM/Excel)
• Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for smooth onboarding
• Conduct seminars, webinars, and promotional activities when required
• Build and maintain relationships with students and parents
• Required Skills
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Sales-oriented mindset
• Good interpersonal and counseling ability
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools
• Ability to handle pressure and targets
• Qualifications
• Graduate in any field (MBA/Marketing preferred)
• 0–3 years of experience in counselling/sales (Freshers can apply)
