Job Description
Maintain accurate day-to-day accounting records.
Record sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
Prepare and verify sales invoices, purchase bills, credit notes, and debit notes.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Maintain customer and vendor ledgers and conduct regular reconciliation.
Perform bank and cash reconciliations.
Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers when required.
Coordinate with vendors regarding bills, payments, and account statements.
Prepare monthly financial and accounting reports.
Assist in GST-related accounting, reconciliation, and return preparation.
Maintain proper documentation and records for audits.
Ensure timely and accurate posting of all financial transactions.
Coordinate with management, sales, purchase, and operations teams regarding accounting matters.
