Qelvira is a B2B hospitality solutions startup focused on improving hotel operational efficiency through an integrated ecosystem of cleaning and hygiene supply products and smart facility management software. We help mid-sized hotels reduce operational wastage, improve housekeeping productivity, and gain real-time visibility into inventory, staff performance, and room-level operations.

Our system combines institutional-grade cleaning supplies with a digital tracking platform that enables hotels to optimize costs, automate inventory management, and improve service quality. We are currently building and scaling in the hospitality sector across Uttar Pradesh, starting with Varanasi.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 

1. Visit hotels and guest houses in Varanasi to identify potential business opportunities.

2. Present Qelvira's SaaS and cleaning supply solutions to prospective clients.

3. Generate, qualify, and maintain leads.

4. Schedule and assist with product demonstrations.

5. Follow up with potential clients and support lead conversion.

Must possess a personal two-wheeler and a valid driving license for local travel. 

Must be comfortable with daily field visits in Varanasi.

Compensation and Incentive Details (uncapped): 

Please note that your earning potential scales directly with your daily field hustle. In addition to your fixed monthly stipend, you will receive:

1. Rs. 500 per successful demo meeting. (that is successfully hotel opt for trial)

2. Rs. 2,000 per successful hotel onboarding. (that is successfully hotel opt for paid subscription)

3. An additional performance bonus based on monthly targets.
