रहना-खाना: बाहर से आने वाले के लिए कार्यालय में रहने एवं भोजन की व्यवस्था — लंबे समय तक काम करने वालों के लिए
काम क्या है
गाड़ी चलाना — कार्यालय के काम, बैंक, सरकारी दफ्तर, तथा भदोही-मिर्ज़ापुर की यत्रा · गाड़ी की देखभाल, सर्विस और साफ-सफाई · कार्यालय खोलना-बंद करना और सफाई · फाइल निकालना-रखना, फोटोकॉपी, डाक · मेहमानों को चाय, आगंतुकों की देखभाल · बैंक, डाकघर, सरकारी दफ्तर के काम · स्टेशनर और सामान लाना · मरम्मत के लिए कारीगर बुलाना · प्रशिक्षण और कार्यक्रम में व्यवस्था।
यह काम नहीं है: खाना बनाना, बर्तन, कपड़े, बाथरूम सफाई।
कैसा व्यक्ति चाहिए
8वीं पास (10वीं बेहतर) · वैध ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस ज़रूरी · कम से कम 2 वर्ष गाड़ी चलाने का अनुभव · हिदी पढ़-लिख सके · ईमानदार, समय का पक्का और साफ-सुथरा रहने वाला — क्योंकि आगंतुकों और सरकारी अधिकारियों से मिलना होगा।
संस्था की गाड़ी सुरक्षित रूप से चलाना — स्टाफ को ऑफिस, मीटिंग, फील्ड विजिट व कार्यक्रम स्थल तक ले जाना और वापस लाना
गाड़ी की साफ-सफाई, समय पर सर्विसिंग, ईंधन तथा बीमा/प्रदूषण प्रमाणपत्र आदि कागजातों का ध्यान रखना ऑफिस का सामान लाना-ले जाना, कूरियर व डाक भेजना और प्राप्त करना बैंक, डाकघर, सरकारी कार्यालय एवं बाजार से जुड़े बाहरी काम पूरे करना ऑफिस की साफ-सफाई, फाइल व सामान व्यवस्थित रखना, आगंतुकों को चाय-पानी देना
फील्ड कार्यक्रम/कैंप में सामग्री की लोडिंग-अनलोडिंग तथा व्यवस्था में सहयोग , वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों द्वारा सौंपे गए अन्य कार्य
ज़रूरी: आधार, ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस, दो रेफरेंस (एक पुराने मालिक का), पुलिस वेरिफिकेशन।
नियुक्ति: पूर्णकालिक, स्थायी · 3 माह परिवीक्षा · लंबे समय तक काम करने के इच्छुक व्यक्ति ही आवेदन करें।
