Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Electrical Design: Create electrical schematics, control panel layouts, and wiring diagrams using AutoCAD Electrical or similar software.
  • PLC Programming: Develop and debug programs for PLCs, HMIs, and VFDs (Siemens, Delta, Schneider, or Allen-Bradley) to control machinery operations.
  • Component Selection: Select appropriate electrical components including motors, switchgear, sensors, temperature controllers, and safety relays.
  • Testing & Commissioning: Conduct factory acceptance testing (FAT) of control panels and support on-site installation and commissioning at client plants.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve electrical wiring faults or programming bugs during machine assembly and testing.
