Job Summary

Printec Solution is looking for a Field Sales Engineer to promote and sell Industrial Inkjet Printers / Continuous Inkjet (CIJ) Printers used for printing Batch Code, MRP, Manufacturing Date, Expiry Date, and other product information directly on products and packaging.

The candidate will be responsible for visiting customers, generating sales leads, understanding customer requirements, conducting product demonstrations, and converting opportunities into business.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit existing and potential customers in Vasai, Virar, Palghar, Dahanu, Mira-Bhayander, and nearby industrial areas.
• Visit customers using the company-provided customer database and leads.
• Generate new sales leads through field visits, customer references, and market development.
• Understand customer requirements related to batch coding, MRP, expiry date, manufacturing date, and product marking.
• Promote and sell Industrial Inkjet / CIJ Printers.
• Explain product features, applications, benefits, and cost advantages to customers.
• Arrange and conduct product demonstrations at customer locations.
• Follow up regularly with prospects and convert leads into confirmed orders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Coordinate with the technical/service team for demonstrations, trials, and customer requirements.
• Maintain daily records of customer visits, leads generated, follow-ups, and sales opportunities.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and lead-generation targets.

Candidate Profile

• Diploma / ITI / Graduate / Engineering background preferred.
• Candidates with experience in field sales, industrial sales, technical sales, coding & marking, automation, or machinery sales will be preferred.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Must be comfortable with extensive field visits.
• Should have a sales-oriented approach and the ability to convert leads into business.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
