Job Description
Supervise and manage security guards and security operations.
Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, vehicles, and materials.
Maintain security registers, visitor records, and daily reports.
Conduct regular rounds and ensure proper security coverage.
Monitor CCTV cameras and respond promptly to security incidents.
Handle emergencies, fire incidents, theft, unauthorized entry, and other security issues.
Coordinate with management, police, fire department, or emergency services when required.
Ensure guards follow company security procedures and discipline.
Prepare shift schedules and manage guard deployment.
Train and guide junior security guards.
Report any suspicious activity or security violations to management.
