📝 JOB OVERVIEW / नौकरी का परिचय• Oversee the complete production process of teak design mouldings. / टीक डिज़ाइन मोल्डिंग की पूरी उत्पादन प्रक्रिया की निगरानी करना।
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved efficiently. / उत्पादन लक्ष्य, गुणवत्ता मानकों और डिलीवरी शेड्यूल को प्रभावी ढंग से पूरा करना सुनिश्चित करना।
• Manage workers and monitor machine operations. / कर्मचारियों का प्रबंधन करना और मशीनों के संचालन की निगरानी करना।
• Maintain product quality and control production wastage. / उत्पाद की गुणवत्ता बनाए रखना और उत्पादन में होने वाली बर्बादी को नियंत्रित करना।
• Ensure smooth day-to-day factory operations. / फैक्ट्री के दैनिक संचालन को सुचारू रूप से सुनिश्चित करना।
🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ• Manage day-to-day production tasks. / दैनिक उत्पादन कार्यों को संभालना।
• Handle end-to-end production activities. / उत्पादन की एंड-टू-एंड गतिविधियों को संभालना।
• Allocate tasks to production team members. / प्रोडक्शन टीम के सदस्यों को कार्य सौंपना।
• Manage shifts and ensure smooth production operations. / शिफ्ट मैनेजमेंट करना और उत्पादन कार्य सुचारू रूप से सुनिश्चित करना।
• Monitor production targets, product quality, machine operations, and wastage. / उत्पादन लक्ष्य, उत्पाद गुणवत्ता, मशीन संचालन और बर्बादी की निगरानी करना।
