Job Description
Handle day-to-day HR activities for Collection teams.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, attendance and employee records.
Coordinate with Collection Team Leaders and Managers.
Basic knowledge of Banking Collection / Debt Recovery.
Handle HR & Process Audits and maintain records.
Prepare HR and Collection-related MIS reports.
Handle employee queries and support HR operations.
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
