Senior Sales Executive

* Lead and manage end-to-end customer interactions for high-value, engagement, and custom jewellery

purchases

• Mentor and guide junior Jewellery Consultants on product knowledge, sales technique, and customer

handling

• Present and explain jewellery collections in depth (rings, earrings, necklaces, bangles, mangalsutras, etc.),

including diamond quality (cut, clarity, certification) and metal options (9K/14K/18K, gold tones)

• Own and consistently exceed individual and store-level sales targets

• Handle escalations and complex customer requirements, including custom design consultations

• Educate and reassure customers on Kohira's promises — IGI certification, BIS hallmarking, lifetime

exchange/buyback, and lab-grown diamond value

• Oversee billing, order processing, and coordination with the workshop for custom/resizing orders

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with repeat and high-net-worth customers, driving referrals

• Ensure visual merchandising standards and product displays are maintained to brand guidelines

• Manage CRM entries, follow-ups, and virtual appointment bookings; support store manager with daily sales

reporting

• Stay updated on new collections, pricing, market trends, and competitor offerings
