We are looking for a skilled and responsible Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team in Kaviti. The candidate will be responsible for blood sample collection, proper sample handling, patient care, and maintaining accurate records while following all safety and hygiene protocols.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCollect blood samples from patients using proper phlebotomy techniques.
• Ensure correct identification and labeling of patient samples.
• Handle, store, and transport samples according to laboratory protocols.
• Maintain proper documentation and sample records.
• Follow infection-control, hygiene, and safety procedures.
• Ensure proper disposal of needles and biomedical waste.
• Communicate professionally with patients and explain the sample collection procedure.
• Coordinate with laboratory and healthcare staff for timely processing of samples.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the sample collection area.
• Eligibility & RequirementsQualification: DMLT / BMLT / relevant Phlebotomy certification.
• Previous experience in phlebotomy or sample collection will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of blood collection and sample handling procedures.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle patients professionally and courteously.
• Willingness to work in a healthcare/clinical environment.
• Candidates who are local to Kaviti or nearby areas are preferred.
