We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Site Manager with no prior experience required to oversee visitor operations at our project site, serving as the primary face of our brand by warmly welcoming guests, conducting site walk-throughs, and explaining key project features, amenities, and timelines using provided guidelines. In this entry-level, full-time role, you will manage visitor logs, organize walk-in flows, assist with scheduling, and ensure the site office and viewing areas remain clean, safe, and professional. Working alongside our sales team, you will capture visitor details, answer basic inquiries, and share customer feedback while receiving complete on-the-job training. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal and communication skills, a positive and professional demeanor, a quick willingness to learn, and the flexibility to work weekends and weekdays.
