About the Role:

We are looking for dynamic and result-driven Bench Sales Recruiters who can actively market and place candidates in the US job market. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to handle end-to-end bench sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market bench candidates (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC) in the US job market
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients
3. Submit candidates to suitable job requirements
4. Follow up with vendors for interview feedback and closures
5. Negotiate rates and finalize deals
6. Maintain daily submission and interview tracking reports
7. Coordinate with candidates and internal teams for smooth process execution

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in any field
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
4. Ability to think creatively and strategically
5. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred Skills

1. Knowledge of US IT recruitment or bench sales
2. Understanding of visa types (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC)
3. Experience with job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn
