The HR Manager will be instrumental in building and maintaining a positive work culture and ensuring our employees have the support they need to thrive.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an HR Manager with 2-3 years of experience in the forex or financial industry to oversee all HR functions within our institute. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR practices in a fast-paced environment and be capable of implementing effective HR strategies tailored to the unique needs of our organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Talent Acquisition:
•  Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
•  Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment plans.

Employee Engagement and Development:
•  Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, motivation, and overall job satisfaction.
•  Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and industry knowledge.
•  Monitor employee performance and provide guidance to managers on performance improvement strategies.

Compliance and HR Operations:
•  Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations, updating policies and procedures as necessary.
•  Manage HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS maintenance.
•  Address employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.

HR Analytics and Reporting:
•  Analyze HR metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
•  Prepare regular reports for senior management on key HR performance indicators.

Culture and Diversity:
•  Cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes teamwork, diversity, and professional growth.
•  Implement initiatives to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion within the institute.

QUALIFICATION:
•  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
•  2-3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the forex or financial industry.
•  Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
•  Certification in Human Resources Management will be an advantage.

Experience: 2-3 Years

Work Mode: Work from Office 

Shift timing: 10 am-7 pm 

Working Days: Mon-Sat (Sun off)
