Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
- Ensure the applications developed are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- Strong understanding of application design and configuration within Microsoft Dynamics CRM environments.
- Experience in customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet business needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other systems.
- Knowledge of database concepts and data management as related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
