MERN Stack Developer (Salesforce & AWS Integration)

About the Role 

We are looking for a skilled MERN Stack Developer who can build scalable, production-ready web applications while integrating with Salesforce and deploying securely on AWS. You will play a critical role in developing web solutions, internal dashboards, and customer portals used across Y-Axis platforms. 

Key Responsibilities 

Full Stack Development: 

• Develop and maintain front-end applications using React.js, Redux, and Tailwind/SCSS 
• Create robust RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express 
• Design and manage MongoDB data models and operations 

Salesforce & AWS Integration: 

• Integrate frontend/backend components with Salesforce APIs (REST, OAuth2, SOQL) 
• Deploy and maintain applications on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, Route 53, API Gateway) 
• Ensure secure, scalable, and high-performance cloud deployments 

Performance Optimization & Collaboration: 

• Optimize application performance for both mobile and desktop environments 
• Collaborate with UI/UX, QA, and DevOps teams throughout the sprint lifecycle 
• Participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

Technical Expertise: 

• 3–5 years of experience in MERN Stack development (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js, Next.js) 
• Proficiency with integrating Salesforce APIs and understanding of OAuth2 authentication 
• Experience in Docker-based or containerized development 
• Familiarity with Git, Agile/Scrum methodology, and CI/CD pipelines 

Cloud & Security: 

• Practical knowledge of deploying secure applications on AWS infrastructure 
• Understanding of secure API development (OAuth2, JWT) 

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) 

• Experience with Salesforce Apex triggers and Lightning Web Components (LWC) 
• Knowledge of GraphQL, microservices, or serverless architectures 
• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha 
• Working knowledge of PostgreSQL (preferred but not mandatory)
